INSPIRATION

As an event planner and designer, I credit my success to always tying clients’ personalities into their events and creating outside-the-box occasions. I am not one for standard or traditional and love everything about surprises and pops of excitement. My main goal when approaching a wedding or event is to leave the guests with something to remember. A wedding isn’t about the amount of money you spend or the people you impress, it is about maintaining the essence of who you are as a couple that defines the success of your day.

DETAILS

In order to break from the traditional, I love to use unexpected elements that work within the range of a specific atmosphere. For this Shoebox entry, I am focusing on my favorite theme of the moment, Retro, with a twist of Pretty! Throw in a few unexpected elements and bright colors, like red, pink & aqua, and you have yourself a party! This would be perfect for an outdoor wedding, maybe in someone’s backyard or a drive-in movie theater. Could you imagine that?
