Having only been married for six months, we’ve already had our first Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentines Day, and now Easter. The first holiday we hosted at our house was Thanksgiving and while it was great, I certainly learned a lesson – cooking for two days straight might have been a bit much.
We decided only a week ago we wanted to host Easter and were lucky both families agreed to come to Baton Rouge. I couldn’t wait to set the table and choose the menu and am now excited to share it with you!
We have definitely put our wedding gifts to use – even though we only had one entree, one vegetable, one salad, and one dessert for Easter – and can’t wait to host more holidays! So be sure to choose the items you register for wisely.
