One Year!!

September 1, 2009  |  Southern Fete News

It was one year ago today that Southern Fete was launched. The year has completely flown by! We’ve gotten nine lovely weddings under our belt. Remember these beautiful brides???

And many more to come. As you’ve seen from previous posts, we have already grown so much but feel like a hermit crab ready for it’s next shell! So, we’d like to introduce two new things at Southern Fete.

I have been designing inspiration boards for the blog and recently began doing them for brides to illustrate what we can do for there big day. The difference is, the bride’s inspirations are based off and include realistic decor ideas they can use. The boards have been met with so much excitement (from brides AND myself) that we are now offering them to everyone.  Not every bride may need a wedding planner. For those that just need a little inspiration, we can create a customized board including affordable tips to achieve the look based on a consultation of your style and budget. Prices will begin at $150.

After designing invitations, programs for most of my brides, we are FINALLY announcing the launch of Butterscotch Press. You may have first heard us mention it last October. It has truly been a labor of love getting everything going and it’s finally here!!! There are still a few kinks to work out I’m sure, but feel free to check it out and let us know what you think. Enjoy!!!
