If you came to the blog before our revamp, you know all about this feature. But for those newbies, here’s a rundown! Every Friday we will feature one wedding planner, stationer, photographer, florist, etc. They will send up 8-12 pictures that paint a picture of what they would do if they were getting married in 2010. Let’s face it, they see hundreds of weddings. Wouldn’t you love to know what they found to be most inspiring to them? We will whip it up to create what you see above and have then share a little about themselves and their inspiration below. Wedding vendors, check out the submissions tab if you’d like to be featured!
“Valerie Metrejean, owner of Southern Fete in Lafayette, La., brings her brides a unique experience by providing custom design work. The wedding planner can run a clean theme seamlessly from invitations and programs, to favors and decor.
Lately I have been loving really bright palettes of oranges and pinks. Their so rich and warm and, I think, perfect for summer! I brought in the gray to bring in some masculinity.
I love bold textures and brought that in through the fun geometric pattern and even the details on the bouquet ribbon. I absolutely love this invitation by Rifle Design. Though it is only text, it is still completely fresh and bold and unexpected.
