Anthropologie-inspired wedding

December 8, 2009  |  Color Me Inspired

My friend Twila and I were talking about wedding inspiration the other day and she mentioned that she really liked Anthropologie-inspired decor (i.e. eclectic mix of vases, natural wood seen in their window displays). But instead of the soft pastels many A-inspired weddings incorporate, Twila likes the idea of bright colors. Like this window display.

I personally love the theme and couldn’t wait to get started designing a board around her suggestion. Looking for a laidback AND bold wedding?? Check this out. Enjoy!!

  1. LOVE love love this! It’s exactly what I would want if I were doing my own wedding all over again. Hmm… maybe I should start planning a vow renewal? 😉

  2. Ha Laura, you can not steal it…I love it Val!! Love the wood back ground with the vanity in the middle. So just got back from a wedding at the ESA chapel in Cade, and the chapel was amazing!! It was log and had two big wall windows on each side…this would be perfect for my anthro wedding… better than outside cause dont have to plan for the rain…the rain would probably be awesome cause you could see it while Im getting married…ha sorry just dreaming out loud on your inspiring blog. Ok we shall talk in about three years… oh and Whisnant’s Fine Jewelry on Ambassador has awesome vintage rings…great for engagements!! or vow renewals, Laura.
