When our rehearsal dinner was all said and done, I was worried I had lost my voice and wouldn’t be able to say my vows the next day. Everyone laughed and laughed and laughed – and then laughed some more. One of our guests laughed so hard his contact fell out…now that’s saying something, right? I’m pretty sure there were no tears, and that’s just the way we wanted it.
It’s no surprise that the Thibeaux’s decided to host the dinner at Oakbourne Country Club. It is, after all, where BC spent the majority of his childhood.
The food was good and the company even better. And, we were so happy to have Catherine Guidry document the rehearsal dinner as well. We now have a wonderful portfolio of what we all look like laughing way too hard – the not so pretty laughing pictures! I think Catherine lucked out being behind the camera and not in front of it! 🙂
Hope you enjoy reliving (or living) our rehearsal dinner!
Beautiful candelabra … that almost caught the place on fire.
How’s a Southern girl not to love hydrangea and magnolia leaves?
Don’t you love the white pumpkins?
Ms. Barbara and Ms. Shirlene watched BC grow up in the grill at Oakbourne! We were so happy to have them at our dinner!
These were laughing tears… Mr. Ben’s “roast” was more than hilarious.
The gift bows were a real hit with the guys…
My neighborhood krewe!
